About QuillHub
QuillHub turns audio and video into text: split by speaker, marked with timestamps, with a summary on top. Files and links on the website, calls in a desktop app with no bot in the room, automation through the API and MCP.
What we do
One product, three ways in. File and link transcription — upload a recording or paste a YouTube link and get text split by speaker, with timestamps, a summary and answers to questions about the recording. The desktop app records meetings in Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and any other service straight from your computer, with no bot joining the call. The API and MCP server deliver the same transcripts into your own applications and AI assistants.
Transcription runs on several speech-recognition engines; structuring runs on language models. We do not train our own models on user recordings and do not pass recordings to anyone outside the processing chain — who is in that chain is published on its own page.

Who is behind it
QuillHub is built and run by a team led by its founder, Timofey Zaytsev. The service operates in two jurisdictions: for users outside Russia it is provided by Axevia Labs LLC (Wyoming, USA) under the Terms of Service; for users in Russia — by sole proprietor Timofey Zaytsev under the public offer. How we treat recordings
Doctor's appointments, legal consultations and therapy sessions go through QuillHub — recordings that must not be lost and must not be seen by anyone who should not see them. So the rules are simple: files and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest, only you and the people you share a link with have access, recordings are never used to train models, and you can delete them at any time together with everything derived from them.
