This page is about who we are legally and which address to write to for what. If you just have a question about the service, the fastest way is the form on the support page: the reply comes by email, or straight into the chat if you write from the app.

Which address for what

  • support@quillhub.ai — a file won't upload, a payment didn't go through, the desktop app misbehaves. For API errors, include the request_id from the response.
  • sales@quillhub.ai — team plans, invoices for companies, contracts with organisations.
  • legal@quillhub.ai — personal-data requests, complaints, anything legal. We answer personal-data requests within 30 days.
  • hello@quillhub.ai — partnerships, press and anything that does not fit above.

Questions — @quill_admin, answered by a person from the team. To transcribe a voice message or a file without opening the website, use the bot @QuillAI_Bot — same service, same account.

Deleting your account and data

No email needed: Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. What happens to your data after deletion is on the Security and data page.

The service operates in two jurisdictions. Which entity provides the service to you depends on where you live, not on the interface language.
