This Cookie Policy explains how Axevia Labs LLC, doing business as QuillAI ("QuillAI") uses cookies and similar technologies on quillhub.ai and related Services. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies
A "cookie" is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, phone) by a website. We also use related technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage, and the IndexedDB browser API; for simplicity, this policy refers to all of these as "cookies".
2. Categories of cookies we use
We classify cookies into the following categories:
2.1 Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the Service to function — for example, to authenticate you, remember your jurisdiction, prevent CSRF attacks, and provide core security. They cannot be disabled while you use the Service.

2.2 Analytics
We use PostHog (US servers), Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia), and Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA; loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand how the Service is used, identify usability issues, and prioritize improvements. These tools set cookies and use localStorage to identify a visitor or session and aggregate behavior.

PostHog is loaded in your browser only after you consent to analytics cookies. Google Tag Manager (with Google Analytics) and Yandex Metrica are loaded when you open the site; see Section 3 for how to opt out.
2.3 Error tracking
We use Sentry (servers in Germany) to capture and diagnose errors and crashes. In the browser, Sentry is loaded for crash capture even before consent is given (it is essential to identify bugs that block your access to the Service), but personal identifiers, cookies and session replay are not sent from the browser until you consent. When an error occurs on our servers, Sentry receives technical request data, including your IP address, request headers and cookies (see Privacy Policy Section 1.3).
2.4 Advertising measurement
We use advertising-measurement tools to understand which ads brought visitors to our site and whether they went on to sign up or pay: Google Ads (loaded through Google Tag Manager), Yandex Metrica (including offline-conversion uploads), and the OpenAI Ads pixel. For OpenAI Ads conversion measurement we also send server-side events containing a hashed email address or user identifier, IP address, and browser information (user agent).

3. How to manage your cookies
3.1 In our cookie banner
When you first visit quillhub.ai, a cookie banner appears. The banner's behavior depends on your jurisdiction:
- EU / UK / EEA / Switzerland. A center-screen modal lets you choose Accept All, Reject All, or Customize to set your preference for specific categories.
- United States and rest of world. A bottom snackbar shows a notice with Accept and Cookie Settings options; you can record your preference for analytics and marketing cookies via Cookie Settings.
- Russian Federation. Russian users use a separate Russian-language site; see /ru/legal/cookies.
You can revisit your preferences at any time at Settings → Privacy → Reopen banner.
3.2 With the providers
You can also opt out directly with the providers: block or delete cookies in your browser (Section 3.3), install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or the Yandex Metrica opt-out, and turn off ad personalization in Google's ad settings.
3.3 In your browser
Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings. Disabling strictly-necessary cookies will prevent the Service from functioning correctly. Help pages:
3.4 Global Privacy Control
We currently do not honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically. If you wish to opt out of analytics or advertising measurement, use the options in Sections 3.1–3.3. We expect to support GPC for California-resident users in a future update.

Our subprocessors may set their own cookies during interactions with their services, governed by their own privacy notices:

5. Changes to this policy
